12-8   Disciplinary Actions; Procedure
   A.   The Mayor is authorized to impose disciplinary actions of all classes.
   B.   The chief of the department and/or the police captain, the fire operation division chief, the fire training division chief, or the fire prevention division chief are authorized to impose Class IV disciplinary actions upon employees of the department.
