12-1   Terms; Defined
Civil Service Act shall mean the Civil Service Act of the State of Nebraska, Neb. Rev. Stat. 19-1825, et seq., as amended.
Commission shall mean the Civil Service Commission of the City of Grand Island.
Mayor shall mean the Mayor of the City of Grand Island and shall include any person acting in the capacity of the office.
