Any person violating any of the provisions of any section of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. If such misdemeanor is occasioned by a violation of the provisions of §§10-14 to 10-18, the person committing such misdemeanor shall be ordered to remove any human body, animal carcass, surface burial vault, mausoleum, tombstone, monument, grave marker, coping, curb, vase, or corner stone, tree, shrubbery or fence constructed, erected, planted or placed in violation of the provisions of such sections.
