10-15   Surface Burial Vaults
No person shall construct any surface burial vault upon any burial lot in the city cemetery, but nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent the use of cement or concrete burial vaults which shall be completely covered with earth and at the required depth below the surface of the ground.
