9-76   System Construction Schedule For Franchised MCS Providers
   1.   This Section is applicable to any MCS provider required to maintain a franchise to operate with the City.
   2.   A franchised MCS provider's construction schedule for the multi-channel system shall be detailed in the franchise agreement in a form and format determined by the Council/franchising authority.
   3.   A franchised MCS provider who does not abide by the system construction schedule shall be handled in the manner allowed under either this ordinance, or where applicable, a franchise agreement.
