2-2   Regular Meetings
The regular meetings of the council shall be held at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall, on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month; providing that if such meeting date shall occur on a holiday, the meeting shall be on the next business day following, or such other time as the council may provide. Amendments to the schedule of city council meeting dates shall be by resolution.
