(a) The Parks and Recreation Coordinator shall have the following duties:
(1) To manage, coordinate and inspect all park projects;
(2) To provide for the daily upkeep and maintenance of all park equipment; and
(3) To serve as a non-voting member of the Recreation Commission.
(b) The Parks and Recreation Coordinator shall have the following responsibilities:
(1) To serve as recording secretary at all Recreation Commission meetings;
(2) To report to the Village Administrator for all requests for funds, manpower, tools, etc.; and
(3) To report to Council any business conducted at Recreation Commission meetings.
