EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.65 to 3735.70, Resolution 87-869, passed May 19, 1987, and Ordinance 98-010, passed May 19, 1998, established Community Reinvestment Areas, designated a Housing Officer, provided for a Community Reinvestment Housing Council and a Tax Incentive Review Council and determined periods of exemption from real property taxation within such Areas. Resolution 98-008, passed February 17, 1998, repealed Resolution 87-869. Ordinance 98-019, passed July 21, 1998, amended Ordinance 98-010. Copies of such legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk-Treasurer.
