1026.10   FAILURE TO TRIM; REMEDY OF VILLAGE.
   If an owner or occupant of private property neglects or refuses to trim a tree, upon being notified, in writing, by the Village to do so, within the time specified in such notice so as to comply with the foregoing provisions, the Village may, after the expiration of the date specified in such notice, cause such trimming to be done at the expense of the owner, and the entire cost thereof shall be a lien upon such premises and shall be billed and collected as provided in Sections 1026.20 and 1026.21.
