(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Failure to comply with the provisions of § 95.01 shall subject the violator to a misdemeanor charge, and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both.
(C) Any person who shall violate § 95.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(D) Any person who shall violate any provision of § 95.01(E) shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
