An owner subject to this chapter shall apply for a Vacant Building Maintenance License and obtain liability insurance in the amount required by Section 1341.02 within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the Initial Notice as provided in Section 1341.01. After applying for a license and obtaining insurance, the owner shall cause the premises to conform to the minimum standards of safety and structural integrity set forth in Section 1341.04 within sixty (60) days of the application date. The Code Official may extend the time in writing, upon the owner showing good cause for such extension. Any such extensions of time shall not exceed a total of 180 days, following the expiration of the sixty (60)-day period following the application date.
