(a) Council hereby designates and appoints the Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief and all certified Fire Safety Inspectors within the Golf Manor Fire Department as Fire Investigators pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.27.
(b) With the adoption of this section, the Fire Chief shall file with the Clerk of Council a list of the specific employees qualified to serve as Fire Investigators pursuant to this section. From time to time as such employee designation shall change, the Fire Chief shall file and update a copy of such designation with the Clerk of Council.
