129.01 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT ELIMINATED FOR OFFICERS.

There shall be no residency requirement for appointment or promotion within the Village of Golf Manor Fire Department, whether it is for a Fireman, Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Fire Chief, Fire Chief, or any other position.
