1501.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of the Fire Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree, as well as an individual who should be in violation of the Fire Code shall be subject to any remedies as provided by such code, and otherwise by law, notwithstanding the penalty provided herein.
