Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of this chapter or any regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), except that the maximum fine or failure to comply with Section 925.04 shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense or one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any succeeding offense. No enforcement of Section 925.05 shall exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense or one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any succeeding offense. No enforcement of Section 925.05 shall be made until six months from the effective date hereof.
