(a) “Garbage and refuse” are defined as all household materials discarded by the resident herein as worthless and of no further utility and intended to be picked up and removed as trash by the Village of Glenwillow or its agents.
(b) “Recyclable materials” or “recyclables” are defined as materials having an economic value: aluminum cans and articles, bi-metal cans, steel cans, tin cans, glass containers, plastic beverage containers, computer printout paper, computer tab cards, office paper and newspapers.
