(a) During the hours of operation of the Inland Reclamation Co. Landfill, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays or during extended emergency hours of operation, no trucks shall be permitted to exit from the southerly driveway of the Inland Reclamation Landfill onto Richmond Road.
(b) Whoever violates this section on a first offense is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, the maximum fine for which shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) and on a second offense within one year after the first offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, the maximum term of imprisonment for which shall be thirty days and the maximum fine for which shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
