The Village of Glenwillow shall have the same boundaries as now exist, but with power and authority in its corporate entity and in its residents to change its boundaries by annexation, detachment, or termination of corporate existence in the manner now or which may hereafter be authorized and prescribed by the Constitution and general laws of the State of Ohio.
