The cost to the owner, occupant or person having the charge or management of any lot or parcel of land within the Village shall be at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour. The Village shall bill the minimum charge of two hours or two hundred dollars ($200.00) for any such work. In the event the Village is required to employ outside services for such removal work, the charge shall be the actual cost plus fifteen percent (15%) for administrative fees.
