521.11 REMOVAL OF WEEDS AND NOXIOUS VEGETATION.
(a)   Every owner, occupant or person in control of any lot or lands with a single family home located thereon situated within the Village shall cause the front yard of such lot or lands to be kept free from Russian, Canadian or common thistle, briars, wild lettuce, wild mustard, wild parsley, ragweed, milkweed, ironweed, chickweed, wild garlic, quack grass, dodders, wild carrot, common cockle, docks, chicory and all other noxious weeds and bushes, wild shrubs or other growth growing or being upon or within the front yard of such lots or lands as aforesaid.
 
   (b)   Whenever grasses, noxious vegetation, bushes, wild shrubs or other growth has reached the height of six (6) inches or more, or bloom and/or the density of growth is such as to constitute a nuisance, in the judgment and opinion of the Building Inspector, such owner, occupant, or person in control of any such lot or lands shall cause such grasses, noxious vegetation, bushes, wild shrubs or other growth to be cut and removed, either by spraying with a chemical compound approved by the Building Inspector, or by cutting, burning, digging under, or by any other method approved by the Building Inspector.
