519.04 OTHER LEGAL ACTIONS.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall prevent any person from applying to any proper court of record, commission or board for relief for a violation of the terms and conditions of this chapter. (Ord. 1996-2-16. Passed 3-11-96.)
