1332.05 RENTAL LICENSE FEES.

(a) All rental units comprised of dwellings, single-family dwellings, two-family dwellings duplex or suite within a duplex shall pay the following fees for a Rental License. These fees cover a twelve (12) month period of time, after which the Rental License must be renewed.

One Rental Unit	$100.00
Two Rental Units	$200.00
