1329.07 REQUIREMENTS FOR BACKFILLING.

All material taken from the opening, excavation, or tunneling shall be inspected and in no case used for backfilling unless approved by the Village Engineer. Any hole due to any opening, excavation, or tunneling shall be backfilled with material as approved by the Village Engineer and well compacted. A backfilling shall not be deemed completed unless and until the Village Chief Building Official or Village Engineer approves of such backfilling.
