1329.02 EMERGENCY ROAD OPENINGS.

In the event of an emergency necessitating immediate road opening by a public utility, such utility may, upon oral approval by the Chief Building Official or Police Department, proceed with such road opening, but within the next business day they must proceed to file the normal application in compliance with this Ordinance.
