This chapter is not and shall not be deemed or construed to be an acceptance of dedication of any street, nor to impose any responsibility or duty on the Village to maintain, repair, alter, or construct any street, nor to require the Village to furnish or supply any other service or perform any other act to or for any owner, occupier, resident, visitor, or building.
