(a) Council hereby does require and regulate the numbering and renumbering of buildings in the Village and adopts the method hereinafter provided to accomplish such purpose.
(b) For the purposes of this chapter Richmond Road and Cochran Road shall be considered north and south streets and Pettibone Road and Pergl Road east and west streets.
(c) All numbers of buildings, erected or hereafter erected, and located on the east sides of Richmond Road and Cochran Road shall be so numbered as to end with an odd number; that all numbers of buildings erected or hereafter erected and located on the west side of Cochran Road shall be so numbered as to end with an even number; that all numbers of buildings erected or hereafter erected and located on the north sides of Pettibone Road and of Pergl Road shall be so numbered as to end with an odd number, and those on the south sides of such streets shall be so numbered as to end with an even number.
(d) Such numbers on the east side of Richmond Road shall start with 6605 at the north at the Solon-Glenwillow boundary, and end on the side with the number 7685 at the Village southerly boundary. Numbers between such termini shall be consecutive and spaced ten numbers per every 100 front foot unit of space.
(e) Such numbers on the east side of Cochran Road shall start with 6605 at the north at the Solon-Glenwillow boundary and proceed therefrom southerly on the east side of Cochran Road in consecutive increasing numbers and spaced ten numbers per every 100 front foot unit of space. The numbers on the west side of Cochran Road shall start with 6606 at the north at the Solon-Glenwillow boundary and proceed therefrom southerly on the west side of Cochran Road in consecutive increasing numbers and spaced ten numbers per every 100 front foot unit of space.
(f) Such numbers on the north side of Pettibone Road shall start with 27051 at the intersection of Richmond Road and proceed therefrom easterly on the north side of Pettibone Road in consecutive increasing numbers and spaced fifty numbers per every 110 front foot unit of space. The numbers on the south side of Pettibone Road shall start with 27050 at the intersection of Richmond Road and end on the side with the number 32190 at the Solon-Glenwillow boundary. Numbers on the south side between such termini shall be consecutive and spaced fifty numbers per every 110 front foot unit of space.
(g) The numbers on the north side of Pergl Road shall start with 27051 at the intersection of Richmond Road and proceed therefrom easterly on the north side of Pergl Road in consecutive increasing numbers and spaced fifty numbers per every 110 front foot unit of space. The numbers on the south side of Pergl Road shall start with 27050 at the intersection of Richmond Road and proceed therefrom easterly on the south side of Pergl Road in consecutive increasing numbers and spaced fifty (50) numbers per every 110 front foot unit of space.
