There is hereby adopted by the Village for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the installation and maintenance of electrical materials in dwelling units consisting of one, two or three families, the National Electrical Code, recommended by the National Fire Protection Association; particularly the 2008 Edition. The National Electrical Code is hereby adopted and incorporated in its entirety, as if fully set out at length herein, and from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the installation and maintenance of all electrical materials in one, two or three family dwelling units contained within the corporate limits of the Village.
