The owner or developer, or the agent of either, making application to the Planning Commission for review, study or recommendation or approval of subdivision plans and plats shall be charged a fee in accordance with the following schedule.
Parcel split (two parcels) | $50.00 |
Parcel split (three or more parcels) | $100.00 |
Subdivision (sketch, preliminary, final) | $1,000 plus $200 per lot |
An application to the Planning Commission shall be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of the fee prescribed above, made payable to the Municipality. All fees shall be nonrefundable. (Ord. 2023-09-27. Passed 12-6-23.)
