1172.17 LOCAL STREET PLANS.

The Municipality may prepare and adopt local street plans of undeveloped areas for the purpose of achieving a coordinated street arrangement and to reserve openings along major arterial and collector streets for the future construction of local streets to serve interior and undeveloped areas.
