Where a subdivision is traversed by a drainage way, channel or stream, a storm water easement or drainage right of way conforming substantially with the lines of such watercourse shall be established and conveyed to the Municipality. Such easements shall be not less than twenty (20) feet wide, or of such further width as deemed adequate for the purpose by the Engineer.
