1172.12 STREET TREES.

Street trees having a minimum caliper of two and one-half (2½) inches shall be furnished and installed in the tree lawn of each sublot of the proposed subdivision on both sides of the street by the subdivider. Varieties of street trees shall be limited to the following:

Emerald Queen Norway Maple	London Plaintree "Blood Good"
Cleveland Norway Maple Pin Oak	Red Sunset Red Maple Red Oak
October Glory Maple	Greenspire Linden
Autumn Flame Maple	Aristocrat Pear
Green Ash	Village Green Zelkova
Marshall's Seedless Ash	American Sweet Gum
Newport Ash
Summit Ash
Autumn Applause/ "Rosehill" White Ash
Skyline Honey Locust
Shademaster Honey Locust
Imperial Honey Locust
