Street name signs shall be furnished and installed by the owners of the proposed subdivision. The letters and numerals shall be white and four (4) inches high set on a green reflecting base six (6) inches by twenty-four (24) inches. The signs shall be mounted at a minimum height of eight (8) feet above the top of curb. Placement of signs shall be in accord with the manual on "Uniform Traffic Control Devices", by the Ohio Department of Transportation, as amended and placed on diagonally opposite corners, on the far right-hand side of the intersection for traffic on the more important street, and as close to the corner as possible.
