In order that proposed subdivisions may be properly planned and reviewed, a parcel map of the Municipality showing all streets, lot lines, topographic contours and wetland areas shall be kept current and maintained by the Engineer. Preliminary plans when approved shall be indicated on a print of the Map, and every final plat or deed description when recorded shall be added to the tracings thereof by the Engineer.
