(a) The required off-street parking spaces shall be located on the same lot as the principal use served, unless a shared use agreement is approved in compliance with Section 1155.06.
(b) All motor vehicles shall be parked in a driveway, open off-street parking space, or garage.
(c) The location of off-street parking spaces and garages shall comply with the setback standards contained in the district regulations for the district in which the parking area is located.
