(a) The owner or owners or lessee of any building or premises or part thereof, where anything in violation of the Planning and Zoning Code shall be placed or done or shall exist, or any architect, builder or contractor who shall assist in the commission of such violation or non-compliance shall be deemed guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor imprisoned for more than 180 days or both, unless specifically stated otherwise.
(b) Each day such violation or failure to comply shall exist shall constitute a separate offense.
(c) In addition to any other remedies provided by this Planning and Zoning Code, or by the laws of the State of Ohio, the Law Director of the Village may pursue any and all legal remedies to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove any violation of this Planning and Zoning Code.
