The Chief Building Official shall inspect any building erected, altered, moved, razed or converted, or any use of land or such other buildings as he may find necessary or proper to be inspected in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance, including any alleged violation of any provision of this Zoning Code or failure to comply with any conditions placed upon an application at the time of approval.
