1115.16 APPEALS OF DECISIONS.

(a) Architectural Review Board. Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of the Architectural Review Board may appeal therefrom to the Village Planning Commission in the same manner as provided for appeals from other regulations in this Zoning Code. The Planning Commission may reverse, modify or affirm the action, and its decision shall be considered final.

(b) Planning Commission. In the event the Planning Commission denies a site plan the applicant may appeal the decision to the Village Council in accordance with Section 1119.10.
