1115.04 GENERAL ORDER OF PLAN REVIEW.
   (a)   The review of site plans and architectural/design plans should proceed and generally move in the order noted below:
      (1)   Design review by the Architectural Review Board.
      (2)   Site plan review by the Planning Commission.
   (b)   If an application includes a conditional use, see also Chapter 1117.
   (c)   If an application requires a variance, see also Chapter 1119.
