1115.01 INTENT.

The purpose of this Chapter is to provide adequate review by the Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Board of proposed developments in order to protect the valued characteristics of the Village including its large lots, scenic views, and rural character as well as the public health, safety, and general welfare of the community.
