(a) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and instructed to supply the Clerk of the Mayor's Court with one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the use as petty cash in connection with the operation of the Mayor's Court.
(b) The Clerk of the Mayor's Court is hereby required to account for the use and disposition of the one hundred dollars ($100.00) supplied to her pursuant to this chapter and all other legal requirements.
