(a) The Planning and Zoning Code of the Village of Glenwillow, Ohio, adopted effective December 6, 1989 and as subsequently amended together with the Zone Map, is hereby superseded and amended to read as set forth in this Planning and Zoning Code update, dated April 6, 2016.
(b) All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Planning and Zoning Code or inconsistent with the provisions of this Planning and Zoning Code are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Planning and Zoning Code full force and effect.
(c) The Planning and Zoning Code shall become effective from and after the date of its approval and adoption, as provided by law.
