1105.07 SEPARABILITY.

Should any section, sub-section, limitation, provisions or regulation of or established by the Planning and Zoning Code be declared unconstitutional, void or ineffective for any cause, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the Planning and Zoning Code as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional.
