(a) Council finds that the Village Planning Commission has submitted to the Council of the Village of Glenwillow a plan for dividing the Village into Districts including limitations and regulations of heights, the bulk and location (including percentage of lot occupancy, set back building lines, and area of yards, courts and other open spaces) and, the use of buildings and other structures and of premises in such Districts.
(b) Council further finds that it is the desire of the citizens of the Village and Village Council to preserve the present general character of the Village which is semi-rural in part and historic in part and to be guided the Village of Glenwillow's planning documents, including, but not limited to the 2009 Glenwillow Master Plan and the 2001 Glenwillow Town Center Strategic Plan.
