(a) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish an employee pay schedule which allows for payment of earned wages and salaries as frequently as bi-weekly.
(b) For payroll purposes, the workweek begins on Monday at 12:01 a.m.. and ends on Sunday night at midnight.
