138.03 BOARD OF BUILDING STANDARDS FEE.

The Building Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to collect and remit on behalf of the Board of Building Standards an assessment equal to three percent (3%) of the prescribed building permit fees as required by Senate Bill 359 and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-1-50.
