(a) Full Time. The position of Street Commissioner for the Village of Glenwillow (pursuant to Ohio R.C. 735.31) is hereby made a full-time position.
(b) Duties. The duties of the Street Commissioner, in addition to those duties set forth in Ohio R.C. 735.32, shall be to manage and control the Service Department of the Village of Glenwillow and to manage, control and maintain all of the lands and buildings owned by the Village of Glenwillow. Such duties by the Street Commissioner shall be carried out under the control of the Mayor. (Ord. 2000-8-39. Passed 8-2-00.)
