In addition to the duties set forth in Article VI of the Charter of the Village of Glenwillow, the Director of Finance shall have the following duties:
(a) Provide consultation on economic development issues and promote the sound economic growth of the Village.
(b) Provide consultation regarding the Village’s participation in and application for various grant programs and administer same and report as necessary to the Mayor and Council.
(c) Provide consultation regarding the Village’s insurance needs and policies and administer same and report as necessary to the Mayor and Council.
(d) Fulfill the duties of the Administrator of Solid Waste pursuant to Village of Glenwillow Codified Ordinance Chapter 136, as may be amended from time to time.
(e) Fulfill the duties of Administrator of Income Tax Collection pursuant to Village of Glenwillow Codified Ordinance No. 181.12.
(f) Attend meetings of Council on the call of and at the discretion of the Mayor.
(g) Fulfill other duties and provide other consultation as may be requested by the Mayor or Council.
