Full-time employees are granted time away from work with pay for jury duty service. A copy of the jury summons must be presented to the employee's supervisor within forty-eight hours of receipt so the supervisor has ample time to make scheduling adjustments. Any hours spent attending jury duty shall be considered hours worked for purposes of computing overtime, sick time, or vacation time.
