(a) Regular full time employees are provided with medical insurance benefits. Effective January 1, 2019, the Village participates in the Benefits Regionalization Program offered by Cuyahoga County and the current option is Medical Mutual, the bi-weekly contribution shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00) as a payroll deducation.
(b) Regular full-time employees of the Village are provided with dental and vision insurance benefits at no charge to the employee.
(c) Regular full time employees shall be provided with group term life insurance coverage in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
(d) The Village reserves the tight to modify the insurance coverage currently in effect and/or modify employee premium contributions. The Village shall have the right to change insurance companies, and/or change the terms of the coverage, so long as each employee retains coverage and as long as it is essentially equivalent or comparable coverage.
