The Village is authorized to sell soft bound copies of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Glenwillow at a price of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per volume. At the time of selling each volume, the Village shall notify the buyer that he may receive annual updates from the Village at a cost of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year. Such buyer shall notify the Village of his desire to be so updated and he shall provide an address for such purpose.
